Company Philosophy

Acting as an extension of our clients LD-Team will be a project management company that will develop cost efficient projects. LD-Team will manage the many disciplines in the development process as a single point of contact. LD-Team will also provide all preliminary engineering and master studies up to the start of production engineering so that our client receives maximum benefit of the over 100 years of experience that LD-Team brings to the table.

LD-Team will also emphasize the efficiency of the planning, design and construction to minimize construction costs while still fulfilling the project vision. To obtain this goal LD-Team can be involved in the project from conception through construction.
